How to update credit card

When you are logged into the GPS Log Book website you can update your credit card details by following the below steps:
- Go to 'Account > Subscriptions'
- Under "My Current Payment Info" click the blue 'Change' button
- Click 'New', and then select 'Credit Card' from the drop down menu and click 'Ok'
This should direct you to a new page which will allow you to add you new credit card details.

My device is not uploading data

The GPS Logbook Classic device requires the "Sync Application" to be installed to upload data.

The sync app wont install on my new computer running Windows 10 Home.

You need .Net Framework 3.5 specifically. You can enable .Net Framework by following the directions, under the title 'Enable the .NET Framework 3.5 in Control Panel', in the following link:

I purchased my logbook a few months ago and i didn't realise i had to register the device before using it. is there any way to get the reports i thought i had been recording? or are they lost? 

The trips that you have recorded will stay on the device until they are uploaded against your account. Once you have registered the device, you will need to unplug the device and then plug the device back into the computer and the unit will upload the data to your account.

how I can delete the data on the device as my device storage is almost full?

Once the unit connects to the server and uploads the data stored on the device, the data will be removed from the device and the flash memory will be cleared. This happens each time the unit connects to the server.
