- On the main dashboard, Click “Drivers” under the “Admin” Heading.
- To edit a Driver/FOB to your organisation, in the “Search” Field, enter the 5-Digit code that can be found on the FOB
- This will bring up the “Edit Driver” box. Only 4 of the fields are required to be filled in. “Name”, “Driver Code”, “ID Type”, “ID Data”. You can fill in any of the other fields if you choose to store extra data regarding the driver.
- In the “Name” field, enter the driver’s name or if this is to be a generic just use the 5-digit code from on the Driver FOB.
- In the “Driver Code” field, there will be the 5-digit code from on the Driver FOB. i.e. C2184 (This code will either be on a sticker or engraved into the plastic of the FOB. Do not change this.
- In the “ID Type” field, it should have “iButton” already there. If any of the other types is selected, the FOB will not register correctly in the platform.
- In the “ID Data” field, you see the 12-digit code which can be found on the metal button on the FOB. This code will always start with 00000 and end with the 5-digit code that is entered into the “Driver Code” field. i.e. 0000012C2184. Do not change this.
- After all data has been entered in to fields you can click “Save” and the driver/FOB will be added to your organisation.
- Repeat this process for each Driver/FOB that you wish to rename in your organisation.
- This will bring up the “Edit Driver” box. Only 4 of the fields are required to be filled in. “Name”, “Driver Code”, “ID Type”, “ID Data”. You can fill in any of the other fields if you choose to store extra data regarding the driver.
